Sarpidon, AmphiMatrion w hot tub, SV & common pool

Positive: The property was itself was beautiful Negative: I was upset that we hadn’t been told about the construction of the new apartments right outside the balcony which started every morning at 8am ! This was not ideal as myself and my husband have jobs that start early everyday so a lie in would have been nice.

Fantastic! We’ll be back! Positive: The living room and balcony are incredible and have a fantastic view. They told us there was a construction nearby and we were worried about it because we have 2 kids that still nap during the day, but that wasn’t a problem whatsoever. You can’t hear it from inside and they respected the hours. The house is very high tech, well equipped, has everything you need. I highly recommend. Just a short 5-10 min walk from the beach and very comfortable. Negative: The way back from the beach has a little hill, but honestly didn’t bother us.

Positive: Our apartment was fabulous! It was comfortable, beautifully designed, with good quality furniture, well equipped kitchen and close to the very nice beach of Kalyves. It was quiet at night and the support team were helpful. During our stay (August 2026) there were construction works next to the building, but there was not much noise and the workers were finishing the work early, about 3 p.m. Negative: Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay :-)

Positive: As this was our second time in this facility, though different appartment, we knew what to expext and the expectations were met. Very nice place, the whole family enjoyed a lot.

Lovely apartment, very well kitted out. Would recommend
