Minoos Residence, Rethymno Old City, w/seasonal roof pool

Logement exceptionnel, confortable et idéalement situé Positive: Emplacement idéal dans le centre historique, tout en étant au calme. Le logement est décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée (fruit, confiture, pain, …) Negative: Évier du 1er étage bouché à notre arrivée, petit problème avec l’eau chaude

Pretty close to perfect Positive: Great location, three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Huge well equipped kitchen. Roof terrace with plunge pool. Really good for a family of all ages. We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents with a one year old, and 2 young adults. The property provided privacy and something to offer to everyone. Negative: The wifi didn't work properly. We brought with us laptops to stay update with our jobs, but the unstable wifi made this extremely difficult. In addition the espresso machine didn't work from day one. For most people, a coffee is an important part of the morning. The whole stay the machine wasn't fixed, or replaced. The property management did give us an 80€ discount on account of the bad wifi and the non-functional espresso machine. We would have preferred to pay full price and have coffee and wifi. This is not a cheap property, and though that they could have easily brought a replacement espresso machine for our stay. Having said this, we would recommend the property to a group of couples, or a large family traveling with children. The property is truly impressive!

A little gem in the heart of the town. Positive: Wonderful accommodation in beautiful old town Rethymno. Comfy beds, powerful showers, clean and well equipped. Close to all amenities and great transport links to other areas.

Tolle ruhige und zentrale Unterkunft Positive: Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Ein Supermarkt und viele tolle Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es wirkte alles sehr neu und frisch. Der Check-In war völlig unkompliziert ebenso der Kontakt zu unserem Ansprechpartner. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein paar leckere Aufmerksamkeiten. Der kleine Pool ist perfekt für eine kurze Erfrischung. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Negative: Wir hatten kurzfristig kein warmes Wasser, der Fehler wurde jedoch schnell behoben.
