Irini's Sea View House in Sellia

Vorfreude auf unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus endete leider abrupt. Positive: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ein wunderbarer Blick von großen Balkon hinaus auf Landschaft und Meer Negative: Leider wurden wir am ersten Abend von einem älteren Mann (Besitzer der Wohnung?) in aggressiver Weise beschimpft, der uns nach polterndem Anklopfen an die Wohnungstür zu verstehen gab, wir seien zu laut. Es war in der Tat 23 Uhr und wir waren eine halbe Stunde zurück und hatten zu zweit Karten gespielt. Unser Versuch , ihm freundlich zu bedeuten, dass wir es verstanden hätten, machte ihn nicht ruhiger , sondern eher aggressiver.

Positive: Πολύ άνετο σπιτι με οτι χρειαζομασταν και φανταστική θέα. Negative: Λίγο ο δρόμος ειναι δύσκολος αλλα δεν ειναι ο μόνος.

Positive: Vista Negative: Bagno con servizi sufficienti. Casa in località troppo ventilata

Es war sehr schön dort, wir würden es wieder mieten. Positive: Ein sehr grosses gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit großem Balkon. In alleiniger Lage ohne weitere Feriengäste. Negative: Wind ausgestzte Lage des Ortes

Excellent stay, amazing views, very good house, totally recommend it. Positive: Very very nice house. The view was indeed amazing and the balcony was very comfortable. The house was very spacious with everything you need inside. Air-condition in all areas. Big flat screen tv in the living room. Comfortable beds. Decent bathroom. The village Selia is a bit isolated but it still has 3 restaurants, a coffee shop and a mini market. It was ideal to stay there as within only 10 minutes by car is Plakias which is much more touristic. Staying in Selia which has nice views and is quiet and going to Plakias whenever we wanted to see more people and eat/drink somewhere else was the best choice for us. Selia is also more windy which helps reducing the heat of August. The host was very polite and responsive. The price was also very good, comparing to other accommodations in the area for that period. I would definitely go there again, I was very satisfied. Negative: The only thing that we didn't like, a minor inconvenience if you like, was the thing in the shower that prevents water from splashing. It currently is a plastic separator that folds so you can enter and exit the shower. But because it folds there is a gap in between the two parts and you had to be careful not to splash water outside while having a shower. A simple curtain would have been better. But again, this was a tiny thing compared to how good the house was.
