Erasmia's Venetian House only 20 m. from the sandy beach

Positive: Der Aufenthalt hat uns vier Personen gut gefallen. Die Lage ist zu der Nähe des Strandes, den Geschäften und der teilweise sehr schönen Lokale wunderbar. Das Haus hat uns genügend Platz geboten. Auch die Terrasse zum draußen sitzen ist hervorzuheben und die Nähe des Parkplatzes für das Mietauto. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Negative: Für die Dusche ohne Ablage und für den geringen Wasserdruck gibt es Punktabzüge. Dies ist Verbesserungswürdig.

Good stay in Rethymno Positive: The house is big and kitchen fully equipped. Big space outside for you to chill and hang clothes if needed. Beach umbrella is available for you to take it to the beach (which is very close to the house). It takes 20 min walk to the center, but it’s a nice walk. Easy to find parking around. The staff was absolutely helpful and responsive, we received prompt assistance with an issue occurred to the electrical system. Negative: - Bathroom: it had generally a little funny smell. Overall was/looked old, a renovation would be needed in our opinion. - ⁠Shower: a shower head holder was missing and the shower knobs were quite loose; a holder for the shampoo/soap was missing too - ⁠Main bedroom: the mattress was not so comfortable and made noise as soon as you moved (especially the right side); we’d suggest a replacement (my wife moved to one of the single beds straight away)

Positive: Location was good. Negative: the bathroom was not the best. Drain cover is broken.

Positive: Wohnen in einem historischen Haus mit guter Ausstattung in der Nähe des Strandes, der sehr gut für Kinder geeignet ist. Negative: Es wäre schön, wenn es in der Dusche ein Ablagefach für Duschgel etc. geben würde. Außerdem war der Wasserdruck sehr schwach und es ist schwierig, in der Dusche eine passende Wassertemperatur zu mischen.

Positive: The location is perfect. Close to the beach but quiet place. Close to the shop and several restaurants. Comfortable, tastefully renovated. Large terrace. Very good quality wifi connection. Suitable for families. Bedrooms upstairs.
